WHAT IS Winter camp?

Get ready... this February 16-18th is Winter Camp 2024 at Camp Pondo! Winter Camp is a 3 day camp experience happening for middle and high school students. This will include daily chapel sessions with teaching and worship, small group discussions, meals, snacks, and LOTS of snowy fun (weather permitting!)… CLICK HERE to see some of the awesome things to look forward to at camp!

How much does winter camp cost?

Early Bird Price: $300 per student

** Must be signed up by December 1st at 11:59PM **

After December 1st: $375 per student

What is included?

• Transportation (provided by Westside Vineyard)

• All meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Daily chapel sessions including teaching and worship

• ALL onsite recreational activities

Financial Aid

A limited amount of financial aid is available. We recognize that this camp is more expensive than in years past, and we don't want money to prohibit participation if possible. Financial Aid is available on a first-come-first served basis. To apply for Financial Aid, a parent/guardian needs to simply let us know by contacting youth@westsidevineyard.com.

Weekend SCHEDULE

** A camp itinerary will be given to students upon arrival at Camp Pondo.

February 16

1:15 pm — Meet at Westside Vineyard Church (complete forms, finish registration, etc…)

2:00 pm — Leave for Camp Pondo

4:00 pm — Arrive at Camp Pondo

February 17

FULL DAY AT CAMP

February 18

11:30 am — Leave Camp Pondo

2:00 pm — Parent pick up at Westside Vineyard Church

FAQS

Who can come? Any student between 6th and 12th grade!

Can I bring a friend? Absolutely!

Can I contact my son or daughter while they are there? Yes, of course! You can send an email to Syvanna or Josh. For emergencies only, we will be available for calls.

Do I have to pay in full upon registration? No, a payment plan option is available. However, all remaining balances must be paid before cars leave for camp.
